ABOUT India International Skill Centre

It is a joint initiative of NSDC and The Ministry of External Affairs in order to achieve the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream to make India ‘Skill Capital’ of the world.

The willing candidates will be trained at IISC center on specific trade and the socio- cultural environment of Middle East. Candidates with successful completion of the training will be provided with placement support in the Gulf Countries through RAs.

Step – 1: Enrollment & Orientation Process
            Step – 2: Training Delivery (Based on Model Curriculum Duration)

  1. Training on Benchmark International Standard
  2. Pre-Departure Oriented Training (Online Module of 4 weeks or 160 Hrs.)
  3. Modules on Language Skills – English & Arabic
  4. Modules on Cultural Aspects – Do’s and Don’ts
  5. Modules on Digital Literacy – Basic Computer and Online Essentials

Step – 3: Assessment and Certification on Domain Skills
Step – 4: Placement Opportunities

This module will help the candidates to understand the basic features and work culture of the destination countries. This module is aimed at keeping the away from troubles and increase their acceptability in those countries.

Yes, it is available at www.indiaskillsonline.com as a supplementary material to face to face session with the trainer.

Yes, the candidates will have option for 3 mock tests of which they will get detailed analysis. This analysis will help them for better preparation of Final Assessment.

The candidates are required to furnish the following documents along with duly      filled and signed registration form:

  • 1. Address Proof
  • 2. ID Proof
  • 3. Aadhar Card
  • 4. Passport (preferred)
  • 5. Passport Photo
  • 6. NOC from parents/ guardians

The candidates will be attending the online training session in the lab. They will be requiring individual headset with microphone. The training will be imparted through interactive A/V mode available at www.indiaskillsonline.com which they can explore through their Login ID which is generated after registration in the course.

At IISC by MSTDPL we are offering 2 courses:

  • 1. Sales Associate (Retail Sector)
  • 2. Stewart (Tourism & Hospitality Sector)

The training is funded by the GOI. Candidates may be required to bear the charges of Registered Agents.

Job is not guaranteed under this initiative, but there will be placement support for Middle East countries by RAs in association with the Training Partner and GOI.

GOI will not be responsible for the deeds and activities of the candidate leading him/ her into trouble; they are required to take proper steps in order to abide by the rules and regulations of the respective countries. The candidates will be trained on the various precautions that they are required to take while working in Gulf Countries.

However, as Ministry of External Affairs is involved in the process, the chances of problem at the level of Registered Agents and Employers are least likely.
